We are continually looking to develop relationships with others who can help us service our client base better or where we can assist in servicing their requirements. Focusing on the efficiencies related to each member's core competencies allows us to better service our joint clients than we can hope to do independently.

Partnering Principles:

  • Focus on WIN:WIN
Good relationships provide each party with something it does not have independently. Every interaction must be viewed as enhancing the relationship without compromising our partnership.

  • Trust is based on timely, open and honest communication
To properly assess each client situation and meet the requirements we will have timely communication on all aspects of the tasks at hand with our clients and among the partners. Incorrect or insufficient information will slow down the speed with which we can respond correctly. We will assign the correct resources to work with each client and ensure our communication keeps everyone informed.

  • Existing relationships must be respected
Relationships define the core of every organization. Respecting existing relationships while expanding the reach of the group will ensure we all achieve the goals we have set. To ensure communication is effective, relationships which have brought organizations to work with the group will be nurtured and enhanced.

  • Growth will come through our execution
The relative strengths of the partnering firms will be weighed to develop the correct plan with each engagement and our clients will enjoy the synergies that we create.

  • We look at things over the long term
By focusing on building strong long term relationships, we will increase the value of each relationship by ensuring that the firms we work with enjoy the benefit of making things work for the long haul, in our relationships, in our business dealings and in the solutions we propose and develop to meet client requirements.

  • ‘Continuous Improvement’ is better than ‘Deferred Perfection’
We expect that in working together we will learn how to do things better. When we encounter hurdles, we will work together to remove them. Where practical, we will adjust how we do things and are committed to providing the highest level of service we can to ensure we succeed together.

Our success will be measured by the impact we make on the clients we work with. These tenants will help us to expand our reach by co-operatively working to meet the needs of the organizations our group services.
